Mr. Basar is a quantitative research analyst at Causeway. He joined the firm in June 2022. His current responsibilities include alpha research and alternative data analysis.
From 2018 to 2022, Mr. Basar was a quantitative researcher at AQR Capital. From 2015 to 2018, he was an investment analyst at PGIM Fixed Income.
Mr. Basar earned a BA in economics and neuroscience behavior from Columbia University. Mr. Basar is a CFA charterholder.
